At Heavenly Pets, we understand that the loss of a pet can bring about an overwhelming sense of grief. To ease the burden during this difficult time, our Collection and Return service is designed to provide convenience and peace of mind.
Free 24 hour emergency call out
Should people find themselves needing us during the night, we offer a free 24 hour emergency call out and collection service, which is free of charge within a 20 mile radius of our location.
We can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice, and we will contact you to confirm when your pet is in our care, where they will be treated with the dignity and compassion they deserve. Alternatively, you may wish to bring your pet to the crematorium and use our onsite facilities such as our Farewell Room, this option is via appointment only. Rest assured your loved one will receive a personal service throughout.
Following your pet’s cremation, we can arrange for their ashes to be returned to your home, veterinary practice or alternatively you are more than welcome to come to the crematorium via appointment.
